Annette (Ms. Mortgages) is, without a doubt, the best person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She took on our very confusing and often stressful situation with a genuine desire to help, after our first broker decided his commission wouldn't cover his costs and dropped us. Our situation really was difficult and confusing. Annette was knowledgeable, as you'd expect; but what made her stand out was her compassion and understanding. She stayed with us every step of the way, taking our calls, helping us with research, speaking to lawyers and accountants on our behalf, thinking outside of the box, and doing things for us that no other broker ever has. My wife and I both consider Annette a friend. She comforted my wife when she cried. She encouraged us to continue when we wanted to give up.
